Everything was very clean, the staff was attentive. Thanks to valet, who often helped us. Breakfast was served in their restaurant:)))
Good base for exploring Tijuana. Free WiFi was available; the breakfast was GREAT. Swimming pool was nice too.
The room was perfect, exactly what we had asked for and at a great price. The staff was very helpful, and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we pulled up in our car.
employers were very professional in thier work and friendly...as well as the workers outside moving cars and luggage, always smiling and greeting, excelent work...
cleaness very good at all times...but i do suggest one thing is to make sure fans in the restrooms work..but evrything else was great...
I realy like the service i had.The hotel locacion and the room.Good for the price i will stay next time.
Nothing all good.
I admit that the hotel is a lot more that what I expected for the prize. Very quiet and silence room, excellent air conditrioning; Is the first time I can tell that the bed was even more comfortable that my own at home. Room very clean and georgious bath. The staff was very friendly and helpfull
My only real complaint is the tube bath wasn't working properly and also the water was taking a while to drain out. But this is also easy to fix I think. The other thing probably is the location; If you are staying in this hotel for save a few bucks take in consideration the amount you expend on taxis to takes you anywhere else. But still I prefer the premium that I have to pay (the taxis) than much less quality hotels very near the border. At the end you paid the same but you have more comfort here.
It was near tho the international border
Staff could not solve my printing problem
Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The Restaurant staff were excellent, breakfast was wonderful.Very nice looking hotel on the interior.
Checked in at 2 a.m. Very tired after flight delay. Been in the room for 10 minutes when night reception staff rang telling us we hadnt payed enough money. They were very persistant about getting the $16 they said we owed, when we refused to go back downstairs to pay they said they would send someone up, we refused this option and said we would pay upon check out. The night staff had kept part of the booking confirmation, but I still had a page. Upon checkout, reception staff were very nice until I disputed the $16 charge, she stormed off (possibly for back up) On return I showed the page I had stating the room and charge, then I recieved an apology saying it was the hotels fault. The receptionist then totally ignored me when I asked for a reciept,it was only when she realized I wasn`t moving that she printed one for me. Obviously a scam between reception staff to get money for themselves.
Front Desk staff was superb (I am a former hotel Controller). Room was spotless and all services I used worked perfectly. Booked.net states the room has a minibar, mine did not - however I rarely use one so no matter.
nothing, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I have already booked a return stay.
The rooms were big and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and cheerful at all times.
The location, the free shuttle to the airport and the rooms were nice as well.
The people at the reception were rude and unfriendly, customer service is terrible. I would not recomend this hotel to any of my friends for that reason.
It is a beautigul Hotel, very clean
They don't have an ice machine, and I had to call room service to get ice twice. When they brought the ice it was only a tiny cup with ice not what I asked for.
For the price, it was excellent quality, mvery comfortable and tastefully designed. I really enjoyed myself and the staff were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to my family and friends, and when I return to Tijuana (which I will), I will most certainly reserve a room here. Very refreshing to find a hotel like this after staying in other more expensive and more outdated places and it's only a 5 min walk to the Zona Río.
The only thing, is that I needed to get to the centre, and it was a good taxi ride away, although that's only $50MXN. It is extremely close to the Zona Río though, which is a five minute walk away.
Aside from being a real price bargain, this hotel was a great discovery for us. Walking distance (if you're adventuresome) to main Tijuana sights. Five dollar cab fare everywhere else (the hotel has "permanent" cabs with knowledgable drivers standing by). Uniform high-level of service. Great people. Felt well taken care of. "It was the perfect home-base" from which to explore Tijuana. Great restaurant & excellent little bar on premises. There's a busy 24-hour, full-service restaurant across the street, too. Calimax Supermarket a block away, as is a street with a row of food stalls (again, if you're adventurous). Airline crews do stay at this hotel, so you know it's nice. Rooms were spotless, with new furniture. We will definitely stay here, again.
If you're over 6' tall, ask if they have a king-size bed. Also, there is street noise from Tijuana's cars and buses, if you leave the windows open like we like to at night. But, we found that we got used to it and actually enjoyed it as soothing background noise, as strange as that may seem.
the staff was always available if u needed help with anything...the service was good...the comfort was great
